Psychological Assessments
Clear answers, backed by a comprehensive psychological evaluation.
Sometimes therapy alone can’t answer the question in front of you: is this ADHD, or anxiety, or both? What’s actually going on, and what would help? Psychological assessment brings structure, standardized tools, and clinical judgment together to give you and your care team a clear, usable picture.
All assessments are conducted virtually and are available to adolescents (with parent/guardian involvement) and adults across Ontario.
Explore Assessment Types
Adult ADHD Assessment – for adults wondering whether ADHD explains longstanding attention, focus, or organization difficulties
Adolescent ADHD Assessment – for teens whose attention, behavior, or school difficulties need clarification
Psychodiagnostic Assessment – for anyone needing diagnostic clarity across mood, anxiety, trauma, or personality presentations
What to Expect
Every assessment includes a clinical interview, standardized testing, a written report, and a feedback session to walk through the results together. Specific tools and length vary by referral question; each assessment page outlines what’s included for that type.
